V-Line’s Compact 279-S is the perfect sized pistol safe to carry around when traveling. It can also be used in your vehicle or when you don’t have much space in your home for a larger pistol safe. At only 5 pounds and with outside dimensions of 2.00″ high by 7.25″ wide by 9.50″ deep, it is the perfect little compact safe. This compact pistol safe is 100% made in the USA.
The V-Line Compact features a mechanical lock with five buttons to give you quick access to your pistol. There are 1081 possible combinations that make it difficult for someone to “guess” your combination. This is a high quality lock that doesn’t require batteries and doesn’t have any electronics.
You can secure the V-Line 279-S Compact with a cable and padlock to any solid surface. The outside features a continuous hinge which is welded on one end to prevent the hinge pin from being removed. It is painted with a textured semi-gloss black powder coat finish. It is also accented with a gold tone pinstripe and logo. Inside this pistol safe is foam lining on the top and bottom to protect your pistol from being damaged or scratched.
