The Tracker FC17 Portable Fire Resistant Container is the perfect place to store envelopes, passports, identification, titles, certificates, cash, checkbooks, and bank bags and keep them protected in the event of a fire. Because it’s portable, lightweight (only 19.7 pounds), and has a carry handle, you can easily take your items on the go.
To open the Tracker FC17 Portable Fire Resistant Container, insert the provided barrel key (two keys included) into the lock. Turn the key and then turn the rotating knob to open the door. The door pulls up, giving you access to your contents.
Tracker had the FC17 tested by Underwriters Laboratory for two different fire resistant ratings. One test is the Class 350 Degrees F, meaning the inside temperature never exceeded 350 degrees F for 30 minutes. This is perfect for protecting paperwork. The other test is a Class 177 Degrees F for 30 minutes.
