Offering both burglar and fire protection, the Stealth HS14 UL Home and Office Safe is the largest size in this series and offers many features that most safes in this price range do not. Stealth has designed a safe that is far superior in quality and materials for the same price point as the big box stores. It has passed the UL RSC burglary test.
The Stealth HS14 UL Home and Office Safe has a 12 gauge steel body and a 12 gauge solid steel door. This is stronger than the big box store safes that typically are made of 14 or 16-gauge metal (very thin). This is why most safe manufacturers refuse to list the steel thickness. There are six solid steel, 1.25″ thick locking bolts with thin door gaps. This means that it will stop pry attacks on the door.
Stealth includes a high-quality lock with the HS14 UL Listed Home and Office Safe. It is a UL-approved Group 1 Electronic Lock made by NL. This lock is one of the most reliable locks in the industry.
On top of Stealth HS14 UL Listed Home and Office security, it has a 1-hour fire rating, tested at temperatures up to 1200 degrees F. This ensures that your valuable contents stay protected. The inside temperature never exceeded 350 degrees F during the fire test.
One great feature of the Stealth HS14 Home and Office Safe is the Molle interior door organizer. This is included at no charge. This will allow you to store important items such as your passport, cash, and other small valuables in the pockets on the back of the door, freeing up room inside the safe for other items. The convenient strap and snap system can remove or add accessories as needed.
Inside the Stealth HS14 is an electrical outlet kit to plugin a dehumidifier or light kit. There are a total of 3 outlets. Also included are 2 USB slots so that you can charge your electronics inside the safe. This includes tablets, e-readers, phones, USB hard drives, and more.
Outside the Stealth HS14 is a chrome L-shaped drop-down turn handle and a black textured finish. There is four bolt-down holes to anchor your safe to a solid surface (highly recommended). Stealth also includes a 2-year warranty on the lock and defects in materials and workmanship.
