The reason there are two of them is to provide the user with a bit of extra security. No box can be accidently opened with a master key because both keys need to be unlocked in order for the safe to be opened.
Inside you will find an interior bond box. The bond box is a sheet metal box that is finished in a rust resistant powder coat finish that provides a weather resistant environment. The box fits snugly inside and it will not slide around.
