This all in one SC-1713 burglar & fire rated safe is ideal for both home and business use. It uses the latest technology in high-density composite material to protect the contents of the safe. In other words this safe offers peace of mind on two fronts. The safe has a dial combination lock that comes standard. A big deterrent to theft is the three way boltwork – five live bolts (top, bottom and side), each 1-1/4″ in diameter, along with a L-Shaped bar that runs the full length of the door on the hinge side. Also a standard feature on the safe is the auto lock bolt detent system that keeps the bolts secure when locked.
In addition, this residential and commercial safe has many other features. There is an additional high-strength steel plate that protects the lock and the locking mechanism. There is a re-locking device that will activate when the lock is punched or a drill attempt is made on the safe. The one hour, 1500 degree F fire rating also gives you the fire protection needed.
The safe comes with our revolutionary Security Installation Platform (SIP), a steel plate that is an exclusive innovation that ensures accurate and secure installation. A four-point anchoring system deters attempts to remove the safe by force.
