The Honeywell 2901 is a waterproof and fireproof safe designed to protect your important papers and valuables in a fire but also a flood. It is fire rated for up to 30 minutes and was tested at outside temperatures up to 1550 degrees F. It also has been verified to be up to 8 hours waterproof when submerged. This will protect your contents in the event of a flood but also if a fireman is spraying water on a fire near your safe.
The door on the Honeywell 2901 Waterproof & Fireproof Safe is protected by a programmable digital lock which also comes with an override key in case you forget your combination. It has 6 digital keys so that you can program your own custom combination. It also features an advanced dual user mode which requires two combinations to get access to the inside of the safe.
Inside the Honeywell 2901 will fit A4/letter size 3-ring binders. There is also one adjustable and removable shelf to help organize your contents inside. Honeywell includes a 5 year limited warranty as well as a lifetime after-fire replacement. A bolt down kit is included to bolt this safe to a solid surface while still maintaining the fire and waterproof ratings.
