The Barska AX12432 Quick Access Keypad Pistol Safe can be used to store your pistol for ready access as well as valuables and other items you want to keep secure. The tamper-resistant door is spring-loaded so that it will open quickly in the event of an emergency.
The lock on the Barska AX12432 Quick Access Keypad Pistol Safe holds 1 PIN code which can be changed at any time. If someone enters an incorrect PIN code, there is a temporary lock-out mode that will prevent someone from trying to guess your combination. The lock operates on 4 AA batteries which are included with each safe. There is an override key that allows access to the safe if your batteries die, you forget your combination or something happens to the lock. Each safe comes with 2 keys standard. If you don’t want someone to hear where you are in the event of an emergency, there is a silent access mode that allows you to quietly and discreetly access the safe.
Inside the Barska AX12432 Quick Access Keypad Pistol Safe is one removable storage shelf. This shelf can be used to help organize your items inside, or it can be removed if you have larger items that you need to put inside. The safes compact outside dimensions of 4.50″ high by 8.50″ wide by 10.50″ deep allows it to be stored in a location out of sight. The pre-drilled mounting holes on the bottom of the safe allow it to be bolted to a solid surface. Inside the safe is lined with a layer of protective foam so that your pistol and valuables are not damaged. Barska includes a 1-year limited warranty with each purchase.
