As a store or business owner, you’ll appreciate this flat note dispenser’s remarkable speed and impressive capacity, which stands as the pinnacle of the D4e product line. Tidel’s innovative design prioritizes curbing internal theft while optimizing in-store management processes. By embracing this cutting-edge solution, you’ll free up valuable time, foster smoother operations, and elevate the quality of customer service you provide.
Catering to the requirements of retail establishments seeking secure and auditable bill dispensing solutions, the D4e High Capacity Note Dispenser stands out. With a capacity to hold four cassettes, each accommodating 3,000 notes, it ensures ample storage and efficient operation. This advanced dispenser can release up to seven bills per second, and for added convenience, it allows the utilization of multiple cassettes with the same note denomination.
Embedded within the Tidel HCND is a comprehensive audit trail functionality. This feature enables you to track the dispenser’s activity, including details like the user responsible for dispensing, the exact time of the transaction, and the number of bills released. This oversight is managed through individual user PIN codes, affording you control over dispensing limits per person.
With a height of 30.75″, the HCND is ideally suited for discreet placement underneath a retail store counter, ensuring an “out of sight, out of mind” approach. Leverage the Tidel High Capacity Note Dispenser to streamline various operations, from filling your tills during shift changes to check cashing, debit card cash back services, and efficiently handling larger bills for change.
The Tidel D4e family of Cash Management Systems is designed with flexibility and efficiency in mind. It installs as a node on your existing network, and its Windows-based software provides secure, 2-way communication between the D4e and your Point of Sale software (POS). The networked system allows users to view and download transaction data or reports, remotely install currency updates, download software enhancements, and transfer status indicators or data logs. Tidel’s software also provides the unique ability to electronically “command and control” the operation of the D4e through the POS terminal, providing full accountability and effectively closing the cash management loop. Note validating software can easily be updated across the network so that no trips to the store are required.
